K.S. Leung, President
B.A., ANZIIF (Snr Assoc.) CIP, ACII, ACI Arb., FCMI, C. Mgr.Following more than 22 years in the Southeast Asian insurance market, where he was a Director of a well-known and respected underwriting agency firm in Hong Kong, he formed Excess Markets (B.C.) Corporation in British Columbia of Canada in September of 1996.
K.S. is Chartered Insurer (UK) and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He is also Honorary Member of Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He has obtained designation of “Chartered Manager” from the Canadian Institute of Management.
He has been listed as a member in the National Register’s Who’s Who in the Year 2002-2003 edition.

Man Leung Leung, Vice President
B.A., FCIP, ANZIIF (Snr Assoc.) CIP, CAIB, ACMIMan obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University (major in Economics and minor in Applied Science). He holds the following professional designations.

- Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker
- Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management (U.K.).
Man is responsible for the Administration Division and internal audit. With his affluent computer knowledge, he is acting as our computer advisor.
Gwynn Beryl Chua, Administration Manager
B.A., CAIB, ACMIGwynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from the University of British Columbia and obtained the CAIB designation. She knows five languages: English, Fukien, Mandarin, Cantonese and Tagalog. Gwynn is a team leader and responsible for policy issuance, insurance renewal and data management. Gwynn is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management (U.K.). and a member of Canadian Insurance Accountants Association.
Eugenia Anna Chan
B.A.Eugenia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from Simon Fraser Univeristy. She is responsible for policy issuance and insurance renewal for personal line. Eugenia can speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Chloe Huang, Manager
B.A.Chloe graduated from Guangzhou University in China. Before joining the insurance industry in Canada, she was manager of a reputable finance company with outstanding performance.
She is a licensed insurance agent and well respected by the business community.

Andrew Lee, Vice President
FIIC, ACII, CRMAndrew is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. He has over 25 years insurance experience and has held senior positions in various international insurance broking firms in both Hong Kong and Vancouver. He is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Canada and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (U.K.).

Greg Chin
BASc, FLMI, ACSGreg holds a bachelor degree of Applied Sciences (BASc) from Simon Fraser University and is a licensed Insurance Broker. He joins the company with 10 years of experience in client services and business development in the General and Life Insurance industry. He is a Fellow Member of the Life Management Institute under Life Office Management Association. Greg is capable to serve all your insurance needs, and speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Kent Lau
HDCE, D.Mgmt, CAIBKent graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic with Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering & Diploma in Management Studies. Before joining the insurance industry, he was a site engineer. He was Chairman of Richmond Chinese Parents Association from 2001 to 2003. He obtained the CAIB designation and is well respected by the community.
Ryan Mok
Ryan Mok completed his college education in Fine Arts in 1987. He has been involved in sales and marketing for years and is an active member of International Tai Chi Association.
Chi Sun (Susan) Park
B.A.Susan, after graduated from Kyung-Pook National University in 1963 with Bachelor degree, joined the administration office of U.S. Army in South Korea for 5 years. In 1970, she immigrated to Canada and obtained her accounting diploma from George Brown College in Toronto.
Before she joined the insurance industry, she worked for CIBC and Canadian Pacific Railway. She is a good singer and an active member of Vancouver Zion Korean Choir.
Eddy Tam
Eddy joined Excess Markets in 1997 and was our first salesman. He speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Eddy is well respected by his customers and the community. Before joining the insurance industry, he held senior positions in the Hong Kong banking industry.
Swee Teh
Immigrated from Malaysia in the year of 1990 with years of insurance experience before joining Excess Markets. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Lisa Wu
M.E., M.B.A (U.K.)Lisa holds Master of Engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees from University of Surrey in United Kingdom. Before joining Excess Markets, she was a logistics and procurement consultant with affluent experience in international trade. She lived and worked in Africa for two years and traveled to about 20 countries. In addition, Lisa was senior business advisor in environmental and new energy sectors for Innovation Norway and volunteered at Richmond Women Resource Center and Burnaby Board of Trade.
She is a licensed insurance agent and fluent in English & Mandarin. She looks forward to providing professional advice for your business insurance needs.
Esther Yu
CAIBBefore joining the insurance industry, she worked for the airlines and traveled around the world. Esther is a licensed insurance broker and obtained the CAIB designation. She is capable to serve all your insurance needs, and speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
